Fru K is THE THIEF’s restaurant for more exquisite meals.

The key to Fru K’s kitchen is locally sourced foods. Head Chef Johan Laursen, formerly based at Maaemo (Oslo), takes the very best from Norwegian and Scandinavian gastronomic traditions and combines them with new elements, inspired by the era we live in and the world that surrounds us. Our menus of three, five and seven courses change by the season.

Sommelier Claire Mariottini has worked at a number of international Michelin restaurants. Based on her vast knowledge and deep passion for wine, she will select the finest wine in accordance with the occasion, the wishes and budget of the guest. Fru K has a wide selection of wine by the glass in a range of prices.

Restaurant Manager Haakon Sand, formerly of The Savoy’s River Restaurant (London), bids you welcome to the exclusive and elegant surroundings, which include the option of a private dining room. In the summer, the terrace offers outdoors seating.
