AWAN (As We Are Now) is a Norwegian brand introducing a new generation of sustainable and versatile loungewear. Recognising women’s need for comfortable clothing to wear at home or when travelling, we draw attention to how clothes should make us feel, rather than just how they make us look.
The AWAN collection consists of seasonless and versatile dresses to be worn 24/7. Our dresses are effortlessly flattering on the female body while giving full freedom of movement – challenging the sweatpants as the daily to-go-to comfort wear.
Our dresses are made in northern Portugal and we predominantly use knitted Lyocell jersey, a recyclable and biodegradable textile with a substantially lower carbon, water and chemical footprint than cotton. This makes our AWAN dresses soft as silk, breathable and wrinkle-resistant – in other words, easy to love and live in every day with a good conscience.
