We are celebrating the fantastic Norwegian reindeer season by creating a classic French style Pithivier.  We encrust the best  organic reindeer selected from Røros in fine pastry with morel mushrooms, port wine and lingonberries.  The pithivier originated from a small town outside of Paris and has become an important part of French cuisine.  We have added our Nordic influence to create an elegant savory variety of this classic.
