When she creates something she often gets her inspiration from her surroundings. Her ideas are born suddenly, for example, from seeing a pattern on a grill, a flower, an interior or dishes. Sometimes she buys a cake pan and on the way to the checkout she has already imagined what combination of ingredients she will choose to prepare a new masterpiece in this very mold.
With tarts as a leading star
One of her signature creations is tarts. She simply adores them, in all their forms: berry, fruit and complex. To her a tart is a convenient base which you can play endlessly with, from different variations of dough to fillings. Her favorite is a very simple combination: sablé, Patissiere cream and raspberries.
