So, Natalie, How does the colder, drier autumn weather affect the skin, and what can we do to prevent it?

The sudden drop in temperature can affect a lowering moisture level and weakening the skin barrier. As a result, your skin may look dull and gray. The solution? Always cleanse your skin both morning and night, and don’t skip daily exfoliation. Exfoliation helps remove dead skin cells, improves circulation, and makes your skincare products more effective.

Cold air is much drier than warm air, so your skin loses moisture faster in the winter. Make sure to adjust your skincare routine to keep that glow alive.

 

What treatment would you recommend for achieving glowing skin?

How often should I schedule this professional facial treatment?

I suggest scheduling this treatment once a month. However, the most important factor is your at-home routine. Consistent use of effective products will make a significant difference, and monthly treatments will help and boost your routine.

 

What are your must-have products for the fall?

As the weather changes, look for products containing hyaluronic acid—a great daytime serum to maintain hydration. At night, use a retinol serum 2-3 times a week. Try to look out for a facial cream without water, as water can freeze on the skin and lead to dryness or frostbite. And, as always, sunscreen is vital for protection.
