At THIEF FOODBAR there are no set menu. There are just small, large and sweet plates, so that you can put together a meal of your individual taste and cravings. However, proximity to the sea is evident, with daily fresh catches of fish and shellfish as well as local dry aged meats and organic vegetables grown just across the city basin. Moreover, the chef’s knowledge of continental produce, makes it possible to stretch the seasons just a little further. Expect seasonal french strawberries and Yorkshire rhubarb.
