David Taylor
David’s career is amongst some of the culinary elite, with multi Michelin star restaurants such as Maze by Gordon Ramsay in London, Grace in Chicago, Momofuku KO in New York and Maaemo in Oslo.
Now he is head chef of The Thief with sustainability and vegetable based cooking at the heart of his style.

Johan Erkkilä
Johan has over twenty year of experience with focus on modern , tasty and healthy ingredients . He´s also involved in the development of exciting news products all with the wellbeing of our planet in mind.

Mathias Relte
Mathias has playful way of interpreting food he experiments with different techniques and flavors.he has a background from Gaggan Hoja Santa Restaurant Oscarsgate Plah and more.
